What counts as a venue?

A venue is one physical counter — the shop where a card gets stamped. A bakery with one shop is one venue; Corner exists for the second venue, which adds €29 HT/month.

When does the 14-day trial start?

At your first stamp — not at signup. The full Counter plan stays open for all 14 days, and the 7-day grace never resets your price clock.

What happens at the members cap?

An alert at 90 %. At the cap, new signups pause — the cards already in wallets keep working, forever. Cards never die.

Does it replace my till?

No. Your phone is the scanner today; an optional countertop scanner costs €49 once, never a subscription. Connecting to the till comes later — it will be priced when it's real.

How do I cancel?

One email. No contract to break, nothing to uninstall — and your members' cards never die.
